The new system offers a powerful suite of digital services built for the way you want to bank. It’s all the tools you need to achieve your financial goals and meet your everyday banking needs wherever you go.
First Time Login Process
Log in using your existing User ID and Password. You will be prompted to select a text or phone call with a one-time passcode to verify your identity. Simply enter this passcode into the system and submit to securely log in.
Quicken & QuickBooks
As a result of the upgrade, some users may experience issues with downloading transactions into Quicken and QuickBooks. Please click on the appropriate product link for download instructions.

Reminders
Set up your new alerts. Alert settings from the previous system did not transfer.
Recurring internal transfers from the previous system were carried over as is. If you want to make edits to them, you will need to set up the transfer again and delete the old one.
Reset your external transfers. These did not transfer from the previous system. You will be asked to revie and accept the new Terms & Conditions and complete the External Account Verification process before you will be able to set up future dated or recurring external transfers.

Through our Current Mobile Banking App
Open our current app, and you will be redirected to download the new app. Once downloaded, login with your existing User ID and Password as noted above, then delete the old app.
OR
Direct Download
Search for The Citizens National Bank in your device’s app store and download the new app. Login with your existing User ID and Password, as noted above. Once the new app has been downloaded, please delete the old app.
NOTE: If you previously used biometrics to login, you will need to reestablish this feature within the new app.

Ready for an easier way to manage your debit card? Our new card management experience puts more control, convenience and safety in your hands. Tap on Cards in our mobile app, and you will find a powerful new way to set transaction limits, view spending insights, add travel plan notifications, and more – all available in the upgraded mobile banking app.
